A beautiful new photo essay on friendship with the words and images of the children of New Hampshire explaining how to include everyone. Just do it. Intro by Marsha Forest . The heart and soul of inclusion is captured in this beautiful photo/essay that celebrates inclusive education in New Hampshire. The title of the book comes from Rick Betz - a Nashua High School student who told us through facilitated communication that, "Friends are very important to me. They are the future treasures that, with proper guidance, will grow." This little book of 48 glossy pages is a treasure. The photos and the accompanying quotes need to be in every school and home to remind us that what is possible in New Hampshire, can happen anywhere. This is a great gift for teachers or families.
Audience All ages. Of particular interest to families and school systems.
